Autotrader - Not a good company with awful customer relations
I bought a brand new BMW for my wife as an intensive to learn to drive.
After a year i decided to sell it it had done only 950 miles.[driven once a month to preserve battery].
When i looked under the 'Nearly New Section' [10 pages] my car did not appear.
Apparently it had to be under 365 days where the mileage was irrelevant. If I knew this I would have not paid to place the add.
I stated that my car was newer then cars in that section that had 8,000 + miles.They did not want to know and would not refund me nor extend the add.
mgo wrote the review because of poor customer service at Autotrader. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Autotrader to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
The most disappointing in user's experience was mickey mouse company-poor customer relations. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
