bought a car Nov 2022 with 3 month warranty, car not fit for purpose after 1 day, returned to be fixed, 3 weeks later car returned in worse condition than sent (confirmed by the RAC) refused refunds despite several requests, verbally aggressive and told me to take him to court. He avoids all calls/txts, warranty not worth the paper its written on, reported to trading standards and started court process!

DANNY STONES FRAUDSTER PAID FOR A CAR BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE
If you ever see a car advertised on autotrader associated with ELITE AUTOMOTIVE (NW) LTD owner Danny Stones. Do yourself an enormous favour and run a mile.
This man is a heartless souless bloke with absolute no morals.
He will take your money and if your are lucky you get an unroadworthy car not fit for purpose but I didn't even get a car - he took my 2600 and i didn't even get the car - a picture of a Chevrolet Aveo (2013) PE13 sxg so somebody is driving around in a car I paid for.
The pain anguish and stress I have suffered from this man is off the scale. He is a nasty peice of work - nice during sale but turns into a vile monster afterwards. Very aggressive.
I have made contact with a couple of his victims who has equally had nightmare dealing with and not returned money.
Pls feel free to get in contact 079 60* *** nine five it would nice to share our stories
He has been involved in several business until he gets found out of his fraudulent activity and then just opens up somewhere else. Do your research stay well clear and go to reputable dealer it will save you a lot of heartache.

I recently posted a 2018 BMW E (Hybrid) for sale. Im a retired Detective 25 years who worked FRAUD for 9 years.
Im appalled at how many have expressed and replied to my ad. They all have first names on their inquiry and state they are not available to meet me for a test drive stating they are Out of Town and cannot meet with you! They state they will pay full price, give additional money to hold the car and remove it as sold. They say they will send a Cashiers check and when it clears they will arrange for transport!
How many of your uninformed customers have been scammed with this Fraud??
You should worn customers about this!!
Further, you should be screening such buyers who reply with this technique! Please advise what measures you have in place and are working on to prevent customers who have been scammed out of thousands of dollars!

He keeps say he never said that - but he as had my money since the 19th January and will not put it back in my account. I have recently bought a car from this car dealer and it has some very serious issues which has forced me to reject the vehicle inside the 30 day period as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Daniel Stone did not respond to the message sent to him within 5 minutes of collecting car that there is a potential serious issue with the engine and a list of other faults.
Having read other people's experience, I doubt he will give my money back without taking him to court.
3 months warranty is a total fabrication. BUYERS BEWARE
